Renée serves as Vice President for USAA Bank Consumer Lending, overseeing portfolio strategy, planning and execution while balancing profit and loss stewardship of $22 billion in assets. Renée previously served as interim General Manager, Consumer Lending, and as Vice President, Social Business Strategy, for the USAA Enterprise Strategy & Marketing team. 
 
Prior to joining USAA in 2012, Renée worked at FedEx where she held multiple leadership roles spanning finance, product management, digital marketing and communications.  
 
Renée is a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association (CBA) Executive Banking School and currently serves on the CBA Auto Finance Committee. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of MissouriColumbia and a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Louis University. She has continued studies at Duke University with a certificate in Digital Media & Marketing while staying current with an evolving marketplace of digital transformation.  
 
Renée supports various community service volunteer organizations and currently serves as Technology Chair for the San Antonio Chapter of the Links, Incorporated where she volunteers regularly in partnership with the Eastside Boys & Girls Club of San Antonio. She also served four years on the Gestalt Community Schools Board of Directors in Memphis, Tennessee before relocating to San Antonio in 2012.
