Monday, October 28, 2019 

• Setup - 11:00 am - 3:00 pm 

• Cocktail Reception with Exhibitors - 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm 

 

Tuesday, October 29, 2019 

• Breakfast with Exhibitors: 8:00 am - 9:00 am 

• Mid-Morning Break with Exhibitors: 10:30 am - 11:30 am 

• Afternoon Break with Exhibitors: 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm 

• Cocktail Reception and Trick or Treat with Exhibitors: 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm 

       *Exhibitors are expected to bring a creative, themed "Trick or Treat" item to hand out to attendees to draw them to               your booths! Exhibitors are also welcome to bring Halloween themed decor to really make your booth stand out!                Attendees will get a punch card to drive traffic through the entire exhibit hall and the first few to visit all the booths              will win a prize!

Wednesday, October 30, 2019 

• Breakfast with Exhibitors: 8:30 am - 9:30 am 

• Tear-down: 9:30 am - 12:00 pm 

  

All booths must be completely setup by the listed time and no booth can begin tear down until after the listed time. If it comes to our attention that you did your setup or tear down outside of these assigned times, you will be subject to a fine equal to 10% of your exhibit fee.

Official Floorplan 

The floorplan is available here: AFS 2019 Floorplan. Confirmed booth locations will be posted here at the completion of the booth selection process. If there are any issues or questions regarding your current booth placement please contact Julie Shell at jshell@royalmedia.com. 
 

Required Materials 

• Full Color Company logo in vector format (.eps, .ai, or .pdf) and a raster format (.jpg, .png) logo for our reference. 

• Each booth includes two complimentary registrations. Please register your complimentary participants online through https://www.autofinancesummit.com/register 

•  Enter the promo code given to you from the Auto Finance Summit events team, select the corresponding registration type "Sponsor" or "Exhibitor". If you wish to register additional participants you can reference the same link and select the ticket type “Exhibitor” at the discounted rate of $1,003. 

• 50 word company description and company URL for the conference mobile app and official website. 
   

We want to ensure that your information will be included in conference promotional materials so please do your best to get us all the information as soon as possible. 
 

Attendee Lists 

The pre-conference attendee list will be sent out two weeks before the Summit to the primary contact person at your company. The attendee list includes name, title, company, address, city, state, zip, telephone and email if opted-in. The final attendee list will be sent out within a week post-conference.

GES will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning SEPTEMBER 30, 2019 at the above address. Materials arriving after OCTOBER 23, 2019 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
