Jud Chamblee is the Director of Wholesale Business Development at TDECU. With over 33 years experience in the auto industry, in his current position he is responsible for dealer relationship management for the Indirect-Specialty-Merchant Lending Programs.

In December of 2009 Jud joined TDECU as Director of Indirect Business Services. In April of 2010 he became the Houston-Lake Jackson Market Manager. In this role he managed the Operations for Specialty Lending, the East Market and Houston Market for Indirect auto dealers. In February of 2016 Jud moved to the role of Director of Wholesale Business Development. 

 

Through the credit union’s relationships with over 500 Auto, RV, Boat and Powersports dealers, TDECU has grown to be one of the largest credit union Indirect Lenders in the country.  TDECU is headquartered in Lake Jackson, Texas.  With over $3 Billion in assets it serves it members with 36 member centers throughout Texas. 

  

 Jud spent 15 years at PRIMUS-Ford Credit. His roles there were Mazda American Credit Gulf Region Brand Manager, PRIMUS Branch Operations Manager, Wholesale Supervisor and PRIMUS Territory Sales Manager. He spent 3 years with West Corp Financial Services as a Branch Manager. His automotive career started with GMAC; where he spent 7 years. 

 

Jud earned his BBA from Sam Houston State University in 1982.
